Covid-19 Policy

Your Safety is Our Top Priority

We are optimistic for the future of our community and hope for a fast departure from the pandemic. Until that day, we will continue to work with you to bring flowers into your life. In order to keep all of our clients, shoppers and staff safe we have reworked our business procedures to adhere to Covid-19 mandates. 

Our client consultations are now conducted virtually. Site visits are only conducted when absolutely necessary, strictly using face coverings and maintaining social distancing. Site visits may also be conducted virtually if the venue can accommodate. Wedding and event flowers will be delivered, installed and broken down with these measures as our standard. If you or any of your guests are immune-compromised, please inform us i advance so that we may determine the extra steps needed to ensure their safety. 

Subscriptions and other shop orders will be available for contact-less for both deliveries and pick up. We can make no guarantees regarding the packaging on any shipped items after they leave our shop. We recommend sanitizing the outer packaging prior to opening.
